SALE POLICY

Respecting the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), I have elaborated, in a simplified way, some guidelines that will regulate our commercial relationship.

However, I will always be at your disposal for any doubts and also to solve possible problems that may arise in the commercial transaction.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

I, Luiz Ricardo Bernardino , as SELLER , am responsible for clearly exposing all information regarding the products. Its physical characteristics such as size, material that are reproduced, quantity, price and accompanying items. In addition to informing if the work is of limited/numbered or unlimited production.

 

I undertake to produce your work within 7 days and ship it for delivery via mail to the address informed at the time of purchase.

I also guarantee all security that involves your personal data.

I will be available during business hours from 08:00 to 18:00, from Monday to Friday to resolve any doubts from pre-sale to after-sales.

 

You, customer friend , as a BUYER , will be responsible for checking the product chosen at the time of purchase, as it has variations in colors, creation techniques and sizes. That is, they are reproduced in a personalized way.

I also need you to commit to correctly informing your data for delivery.

 

At the time of purchase, the website, which is linked to the Post Office system, will present you with an estimated delivery time, as well as the shipping cost.

Make sure in advance that there will be someone at the time of delivery to receive the order. However, the Post Office will make 3 delivery attempts at different times.

After these 3 attempts the order will return to me. And as soon as I receive it, I will contact you to arrange the return.

*IMPORTANT: If the package is damaged at the time of delivery, OPEN the ORDER logo at  RECEIPT and check if everything is right with the content. If not, REFUSE IT .

 

REFUND OR EXCHANGE

 

If you receive a different product from the one you purchased, please contact us through the channels: e-mail: luizricardopro@gmail.com ; WhatsApp (43) 98406 6176 or via chat on the site itself.

 

If it is a shipping error, I will ask you to return the artwork received to me, together with all items shipped in perfect condition.

 

It is the SENDER'S RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that they have received their goods in perfect condition. But if you receive the damaged product and you did not observe it at the time of delivery, do the same procedure.

 

In both cases, a refund (full refund of the amount paid) or exchange of the product is offered.

 

PURCHASE CANCELLATION

 

Request via WhatsApp, email or on the website chat.

 

Purchases made on the card or PIX: get in touch and I will refund you immediately.

Payment via bank slip: compensation will be required for return via PIX or bank transfer.

 

ORDER RETURN

 

As previously mentioned, Correios makes 3 delivery attempts. Usually at different times of the day.

 

If the shipping address was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, if there was no one to receive the package or the location was inaccessible, it will return to me.

 

As soon as the order arrives, I will contact you to arrange the resending of your product.

 

 

WITHDRAWAL OR REPENTANCE OF THE PURCHASE

 

According to article 49 of the CDC, you can regret the purchase within 7 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product.

 

The amount paid will be returned in full, only if the work is intact, in the original packaging and with all the items that accompanied it.

Therefore, I ask you to make a conscious purchase to avoid future setbacks.  

By making the purchase you are accepting the above conditions. Thank you very much for your understanding.
